Schedule Change Request 2020-2021
As a reminder, this is a request. Submitting this form does not guaranteed that you will receive a schedule change.
The following is our schedule change policy. We will only be able to complete schedule changes that meet one or more of the following:
1. Student already passed the course listed on his/her schedule.
2. Student is in a class and has not met the course prerequisite.
3. Student is an 11th or 12th grader who is missing a course required for graduation.
4. Student has a “hole” in his/her schedule (i.e. missing a 3rd period class)
5. Student is requesting to change his/her learning model choice (Traditional, Traditional Shared, Traditional All Online – at your own pace, mySchool Online – following the bell schedule).
We will not be changing schedules for teacher preference or lunches.
Please know that this request form is due by 7PM on Thursday, August 20th. After that, we will not be able to make changes until after August 31st.
