Here are the highlights from the School Messenger call reminding all of our Mustangs about our Registration Day and Open House this Tuesday, August 6thfrom 12:30PM to 4:30PM.

Avoid the lines and pay your fees in advance! Parents and students can begin to pay fees and make other purchases online via myStudent/Rycor beginning on August 1st!Those who pay in advance by today at 10PM on August 4thwill be able to go directly to their RANCH/Homeroom on August 6thto pick up their schedules!

When students arrive on campus, they should check the Student Locator posted on each of the Commons Area windows to find their RANCH/Homeroom. Students should then report to the building where their RANCH/Homeroom is located. If students have paid fees in advance, they will go directly to RANCH/Homeroom where they will be able to pick up their class schedule. If students have NOT paid fees in advance, they should report to the Commons Area where their RANCH/Homeroom is located to pay fees and pick up schedules. After 4PM schedules will be available in the Front Office.

After students have received their schedules in RANCH class, please feel free to visit your classes for the 2019-2020 school year! This is an opportunity to make sure that you know where your classes are, get your supply lists, and to meet your teachers.

Yearbooks will be sold online or in the RED (500) Building. Transportation Information will be available on each student’s schedule. Lockers, PE Uniforms, and Parking will be addressed during the first week of school.

Bahama Bucks will be on our campus outside of the Gymnasium selling their amazing SNO! Please bring money so that you can purchase a tasty treat of Bahama Bucks SNO and help support JWMHS at the same time!

Again, and as a reminder, this day will be used as our Open House. This means that we will not have an Open House like we have in the past in the evening a few weeks after school begins. As a result, we encourage you to join us this Tuesday to meet your teachers!

As an FYI, schedule change requests will all be done online via a link that will be available on August 7thfor all students. We will not address schedule issues on August 6thduring Registration Day and Open House. As you know, we are very full this year and will only be able to accommodate a change if it is for a senior who is missing a graduation requirement, there is a hole in students’ schedule (as in he or she is missing a class period), or a student has already taken the course. We ask students for their requests in the spring and build our classes based on those requests. Changing them at this point will more than likely not be possible.
