Here are the highlights from the Senior School Messenger call for the Class of 2020!
Parents, I would ask that you speak with your Seniors because we have sent a lot of information to them in their myLearning/Canvas account as well as on social media. So, the information is out there.
Last Day to Submit Classwork
Seniors! You will need to have your Distance Learning classes finished by May 22nd! Keep working hard! We want you to graduate on time and be finished!
Senior Night of Excellence and Scholarship Night
We will have our Senior Night of Excellence and Scholarship Night on May 28 at 6:30 P.M. They will be posted on our Facebook Page. Those students who will be recognized will be receiving invitations soon via email.
If you need a copy of your transcript, please know that they are not final yet. Most transcripts will be available after June 6. However, if you need a copy of your transcript, please go to the District Website and click on the link or go to http://www.pasco.k12.fl.us/otis/page/transcript and they can process your request.
We know that many of you have paid for Grad Bash and are looking for the refund. We thought that Universal Studios was going to be sending the deposit back immediately; however, they did not. As a result, we are not able to process the refunds. We are hopeful that they will send it soon. We thank you for your patience.
Please also make sure that you have logged in and paid your Senior Fees of $100. Students can find out if they paid their Senior Fees by going onto the Class of 2020 myLearning/Canvas page and there are lists posted. Or, you can go to the Parent Portal and check the fees that have been paid. If you think that there is an error, please email me. If you want to transfer your Grad Bash Fee to your Senior Fee, please email me and I can make that happen. We will then refund you the balance of what you paid.
