Are you interested in Dual Enrollment for next year? Please see Mr. Crouch in Green (800) Guidance for more information and to get the paperwork that you need. This will help you be ready to choose your classes when course selection begins.

We want to remind everyone of the procedures for leaving campus. You MUST have a pass from Student Services in order to leave. Parents and Guardians, we ask that you arrange for your child to leave school prior to the need to do so. We will NOT accept notes for a student who leaves campus and then has his or her parent or guardian call or email in after. The pass that we will give to your child is the one that will allow them to leave and that we will look for in the parking lot. Otherwise, there will be disciplinary consequences.

As we have now completed the rezoning process, we want to remind everyone that the School Choice window will open on February 1st and run through March 1st. Everyone who is currently on School Choice must reapply for School Choice. If you are a current Junior who lives in a neighborhood being rezoned to RRHS, you are grandfathered in and will be able to stay at JWMHS for your senior year. Those Juniors will NOT need to apply for School Choice.

Here is the link for School Choice

We will have a Parent U for Course Selection for next year for all 9th, 10th, and 11th graders on how to select courses. As we have a new system, please make sure that you attend this event. We will be reviewing how students and parents can select classes. Mark your calendar now as this event will be held on Monday, February 13th at 6:30PM in the gymnasium.

We hope you have a fantastic week, show great #MustangSpirit and make #ExcellenceHappenHere!

Go Mustangs!
